I think I've only ever known you as Desert Lotus! So you've probably been around a little longer than me! It's crazy to hear how many changes you've been though. I'm sorry to hear about the tumor - I had no idea (I don't come around as much as I used to). How frustrating to lose some of your freedom for that sort of thing. I wish you well on the ever-changing journey of life!   |

A great deal has changed in you life during the last 17 years. I'm glad you found our community to share your experiences, traumas, joys and life. I'm not sure if any of us know what we are to expect when we walk through the door of USM for the first time. I know the amazing people here are so much more wondrous than I could have ever guessed when we started this site. Glad we were on this journey with you.  |

I like what you said about still being the same person in many ways. I feel the same. Of course I've matured and flourished. I've grown from the insecure and rebellious 13 year old I was when I first joined. At the same time, I've still retained by eccentric and creative spirit. I do remember you as BichonFriseOwner but I wasn't aware that you had been banned. I feel honored to know you and I look forward to your continued posts.  |

I remember you as BichonFriseOwner as well., but have gotten to know you more as Desert Lotus in which I love the name btw., its truly amazing some of life's experiences & how we connect with certain people, I believe it's all meant to be that way when certain people come into our lives., a higher purpose in God's Plan----Life is certainly a journey & it's so Important to Live & Love out Loud, to be Happy & not stress over things we cannot change or things that really don't matter-----I first came to USM on December 2001 & my life has been enriched by the many precious Angels here and one of those Angels would include Yourself-----Happy USM Anniversary---Here's to Life and to Happiness---May we Celebrate every day we're given! <3 ~ Many Blessings to You!~ T/C  |
