1. 17 I think, early 30's. 2. Not really. 3. Found out I had a tumor in 2012, had the thing removed via emergency brain surgery. 4. No, many members have died. To see whats going on. 5. Never got into that, so I dont know.  |

How old were you when you joined USM and how old are you now? 13/14, I believe. I am 29 now. Did we have a lot of discussions on posts and in the chat room? I can not recall, but I used to reside within the chatroom often. How has your life changed over the years? Maybe talk about some of the biggest changes. Mainly negative changes. Need to get checked for brain issues I do not want to discuss publicly. Just really glad to not be in school anymore where I was constantly bullied and stalked. Is USM still very active? What is your main reason for stickin' around? Sadly, it is barely active. I stick around to read the stories in Mysterious Happenings, but it is RARELY ever updated. Do people still do those party posts? I wish.   |

I joined back in 2002 when I was 13 (28 now). I'm not nearly as angsty as I was in my teenage years. Had a few rough years in my early 20s but I'm much happier and healthier now! I've been dating my boyfriend for about a year and a half, he has a wonderful 6 year old son. I don't play bass anymore but I have picked up a couple more instruments since then. I mostly play piano, violin, and ukulele now. Congrats on your marriage!  |

PsyGuy! I remember you glad to see you're still here. Desert Lotus -- I'm glad to hear that the tumor has not reoccured. I'll send some positive thoughts/energy your way Bass Chick -- You and I both. I still have my angsty moments though  but nothing compared to when I was thirteen. Congratulations on your relationship and I'm super jealous of your ability to play the violin. My grandfather was an amazing violin player and I've always wanted to learn but I haven't taken the first steps for fear that I won't be able to do it. |

I went from being a shy, weird, awkward college student to a mother of 2 with an MBA. I've been married, divorced, and engaged again. I went from teaching choir to managing construction of homes. Lots of 180's Is USM still very active? What is your main reason for stickin' around? Nope, I think a lot of us have moved on. THis is the first time I've logged on in a couple of months. My main reason is to come back and say hi to people I have met over the years. Do people still do those party posts? I remember hosting quite a few virtual sleepovers when I was 13, lol. I haven't seen one in quite some time. I miss those!! BTW: Congratulations on your marriage!! You are a beautiful couple!!!   |

How old was I when I joined: 47 years old. Age I am now: 59 (Sheesh, I feel old compared to most of the folks here!). Did I post much and chat: I was on a borrowed computer (my son's) so I enjoyed posting and replying to posts (chatroom when I could) until my son took his computer with him to college and I had to wait before buying one for myself. Life changes over the years: Moved from Georgia to Texas in 2008. Husband passed away September 18, last year. USM active: Not as active as it used to be...miss that. I stick around because I believe the people here are compassionate and interesting...NO TROLLS HERE! Thanks for posting!  |

There were always people posting things and replying to posts and the chat room was super active. How has your life changed over the years? Maybe talk about some of the biggest changes. Um, it's been a roller coaster. I've done some awesome things, done some terrible things, totally changed my life around. I'm doing fantastic now though, and that's all that matters!
