My condolences for your loss. In my youth I was naive and thought that memories would fade over time when a loved one was lost. How wrong I was .. because all those special times, moments shared and opportunities captured with loved ones do not fade. They are in our hearts and souls forever.

I thought that the saying, "Time heals all wounds" was true but really all it does is delay and sometimes blur the memories but nothing really fades. Ginger and Zema got it exactly.
