Wow, I didn't know you could knit such detailed and beautiful patterns, Sis. This is really amazing!!! I have done simple knitting, and I just can't figure out how you get the petals to be knitted in one direction, and the background behind the petals/leaves to go in another direction. It's a puzzle to me. Maybe you use cable holders or extra needles?!? Also, do you knit each square separately, then join them all together like the granny squares in crochet?
I know, I'm not fair asking so many questions to a one handed typist ... I hope your hand heals well and quickly. I know the knitting and crocheting are very comforting and relaxing to me, and it would be difficult to not be able to pick up the yarn when you want to. |

Thank you everyone and I miss not being able to knit for the time being..Ginger, there are 4 parts to one square, then completed squares are sewn together..there are 52 rows to knit the pattern for one part of the square...I have knitted a design with the leaves that had another smaller leaf on top of the larger one..can't find the pattern for it though lol... |

Wow, now I see a bit better how it is put together. Beings that it is knitted in 4 pieces for each square, it is much easier and portable than a big blanket all at once. It does show how consistent your knitting is Sis, or each piece would not fit into the rest. Unless I learn how to read a pattern a lot better than I do now, I won't ever be able to do knitted work like this one. |

It's beautiful. I love the color. I can imagine what the peach, the white, and this color would look like together in a patchwork of the same pattern. <3 |

Now that takes talent! Seriously Zema, you should open your own little store online and sell your stuff. This was very well done. |
