I use baking soda mixed with the toothpaste...I had to use peroxide once to kill of a germ in my gum, that was not nice |

Also! Aloe vera is good for your teeth, and using coconut oil or olive oil and swishing it around in your mouth for a few minutes pulls the toxins out of your gums. |
