I think all the "old timers" around here miss the old times where you log in and you can't see the last story you've read because so many new posts were made, or the times there were so many people in chat that you couldn't keep track of your conversation. In time, I'm sure the site will pick back up. But until then, it is up to us old timers to keep the place alive!!  |

Plus we lost a lot of great dedicated members who have passed on who could liven up the place. Just be glad USM has not ruined itself like myspace and facebook with crazy changes. I love how it's still looks almost the same, with a few changes, but still feels like home.  |

i agree. maybe someday it'll be active, and full of life again. maybe around the holidays. i hope theyre'll atleast be some to play in punkys secret santa post in december  . long way away but still usm just isn't as fun as it used to be. i'm not the only one who feels like this.but, good thing we still have profiles to chat in. i think more that come are lurkers who just want to read a while. there are some intresting posts here tho. sometimes i pick a usmer go aaall the back to their first post, and read untill i get to their last. like a usm-a-thon  |

Does that counter just count an "account" once when it views, or is a cumulative thing? In other words, one person could view this post multiple times instead of 265 different USMrs. I've asked this question before without an answer. . . God Bless.  |

Great question,my dear watson,Errrrrr deb,as it was 'splained to me to,the writer of said post,can visit to answer replies,it don't count,but usmer's visit said post,and each time they visit its counts,but it also counts if a usmer does not leave a reply. Now,that you and i BOTH are totally confused,i'll be going on along now,leaving you in thought to think this threw. |

the counter counts each time this post is clicked on... a single person could click on it 300 times and it would count each time. |
