Date: 2/26/2012 6:59:00 PM From Authorid: 3680 brown rice is healthy...so are white meats. chicken, turkey.....try not to eat more than 1 red meat a day, if so...make it a lean meat. ie lean ground beef or pork chops. also, parkay has a spray butter that's zero down the board. 0 calories, 0 fat, and 0 cholesterol. tastes amazing too. also, avoid trans fat like the plague. anything engineered to preserve shelf life is NOT good for you. also, limit sugar intake to 200 grams a day. seems like a lot to take in, but it's not really. it's a quick start to healthy eating. |

...your husband sounds like he's too picky an eater. Throw a Milk Bone dog biscuit on his plate and tell him that's his dinner. Won't eat greens? Maybe Pablum is another alternative. |
