We have the same kind of heart. You know how it feels to love so deep that you will not let that person be alone in their darkest time. I feel the same way, when it gets late and family starts to leave, you wonder. How could they leave? is being tired really a good enough reason. Is any reason good enough? Perhaps there is a good reason to leave a person at that time. It's just that we can't envision one. Your Love for others is so great that not only can you not find a reason to leave, you don't want one. I'm proud to know someone like you. -Love George. |

I'm so happy you were there with her and I'm sure she knew you were with her. Hospice does not let a person suffer, they are a wonderful organization. I am sorry for your loss, after 6 years she must have been very special to you  |

I'm with Garbage.., Hospice will not allow any one to suffer....As painful, hurtful as it was for me to lose my Daddy I also considered it not only an honor but also a privilege to walk with him on his journey and I walked with Him as far as I could then releasing Him into God's Loving Care....She is at peace now, Apryl., and I know she knew You, her little Angel were right there with her as she went on Home to be with The Lord...T/C  |

Hospice left for the night. They didn't stay. They came in, checked her vitals, told me it wouldn't be long, then left. They did give her something to make sure she didn't suffer. I appreciate all the love and support from you all. It means more than I can put into words. The visitation is tonight. I'm going right after work. The funeral is tomorrow. I was scheduled to work, but my awesome boss gave me the day off. |
