Real Life Stories of the Grim Reaper … I want to talk about my friend Soledad . She lives very close to me and she is 88 years old . I struck up a friendship with her daughter Maria who goes to the same Catholic Church I go to . She is a big believer in God . She is faithful . Maria has always had problems with spirits though . They gave her so many problems that she sold her old home and had a new one built elsewhere and moved into it . Her problems persisted , but they only got worse .
Her mom Soledad would wake up in the middle of the night screaming her head off ! She would always claim that something was grabbing her by the leg and trying to drag her off . Maria thought they were just nightmares until she saw firsthand what was going on . Onetime she saw her mom being dragged on the floor out of the bedroom by the leg . Her mom would be screaming in terror . There was something invisible dragging her and it freaked everyone out . This was so traumatizing for everyone . Luckily over the panic , struggle and prayer the thing left Soledad alone . This was going on for sometime . One time that thing was trying to drag Soledad and the whole bed out the bedroom , but it could not fit out of the bedroom door . When mom and daughter started praying to God , the bed moved back to its original place . That thing would announce its arrival as it would always knock on Marias bedroom window after 1:00 am every other night . I looked outside the bedroom window to see if a tree might be tapping on the window . There was no tree within 20 feet of the window .
Maria asked me if there was anything I could do for her . She wanted my protection . I told her I would try . I talked more to Maria and I asked her what was going on . She told me that sometimes her grandmother would vanish . She would find her hiding in a closet . Soledad said that she was always seeing a large cloaked figure and it terrified her . She said it always hid behind the curtains . Whatever it was the thing was trying to take her away . She was essentially describing the grim reaper .
