I hate to say this but every corporation and business is doing this.
They want to keep the poor poorer and keep lining their pockets. They can't accept the fact that their wealth is disappearing, so they got to keep robbing us to keep up their filthy rich lifestyles.
Maybe you can talk to your bank or someone and have them take over for you. I know my dad switched who he paid his car payments from.

OMG! I hope it isn't legal...that is pure robbery in my book. I hate the way you sign a contract and you can't change a thing, but they can change the terms and conditions...there is a work I'd call them, but this place is G rated. Grrrrrrrr. I would definately be checking it out. I hope you get it sorted. That just sounds so very wrong. |

happened to me as well when they sold my account. now I have to pay for the privelage of paying for my car payment online or by phone. I have internet banking so I just shoot off a check by internet baning and they can't charge me. They say ATM fees are going to be as much as 5 bucks a pop pretty soon. It's something to do with the 'financial reform'. Basically we're paying for all the dead beats who don't pay their bills. |

Yep I thinking I'm screwed! Every which way I turned its at least $10 a pop. Best thing I can do is pay double pay each time and get this thing off my back! They say internet banking that they charge $10 a pop on too. |

Yes it's legal. Yes you can do something about it. You can go to a bank that has no such fees and apply for a loan on your car with them and then they will pay off the loan with the other bank. Thats about your only option. Sorry... |

It's only $10 a month. Don't sweat the small stuff. This is pretty common with financial institutions and there really isn't much you can do about. Just skip that extra latte on Monday mornings, if it's really going to cut into your budget. |

We had got a durango about a year ago, and six months into it, they sold our contract which I didn't like that, but payments stayed the same....no surprises....sorry |
