My First triptych (PurpleRoses)

I finally got all my painting supplies, which were limited to the very basics. Here is What I started with

I had a number of different ideas, but I kept rejecting them. I had decided I was going to do the triptych first, though. Then I solidified the fact that I wasnted ranbow backgrounds on the panels. Here is that portion.

I had them painted, but I was not sure what I wanted on them after that. Then I thought about it. I wasted to exppress freedom and nature, so i chose birds. The middle bird in flight, and two side birds sitting on branches. Here is how the finished piece looks.

I decided to name it " A Study In Time and Color" because those are the things mostly being expressed. I have it listed on Etsy for sale. I did not think I woudl be allowed ot post the link, but definitely message me if you are interested. i woudl love to knwo what you guys think. I think it turned out quite well overall. It has a nice, fluid feel. It feels organic and earthy somehow. You guys can comment on art, my specific work, or just chat. Thanks for stopping in.
