The "Yep, I understand" smile when you've been waiting for ages and are trying to keep calm. The "Yep, that was kinda funny" smile when you both try to go the same way. So many different smiles, for so many different reasons. I might not smile all the time, but I really do do a lot of it. |

I commute to work on my bike. Most people are friendly and smile or wave at me, some won't acknowledge me in any way. From time to time, I will try to say Hi and smile at every person that I pass while riding my bike. It's very interesting to watch the reactions. Most people will smile/wave back. Some still won't. But, after a commute in which I try to be friendly to everyone, I usually feel better. |
