Most people have leftover meat from dinners past..We had steak and chicken leftover..Take your meat leftovers and chop them up together, add a package of taco seasoning or fajita seasoning or even chili powder to the meat..make sure it is all covered in it...

I took a wheat tortilla, and put a piece of cheese on it, put the meat mixture in the middle of the tortilla with the cheese slice, (you can use lowfat cheese), and then stuck the filled tortilla in the microwave for 45 seconds..it warms the meat and melts the cheese..

I then chopped a fresh tomato and a green onion, you can use salsa but I like it al fresco, fresh so I chopped the tomato and onion and sprinkled it all down the meat and cheese..folded the tortilla like a soft taco and ENJOYED..easy too...I ate one and it was filling...

Hope you enjoy making your own..:)
