This conspiracy theory got started because of a TV program about a project called Operation Stargate (nothing to do with the sci-fi program of the same name). The operation allegedly involved people using astral projection to try to find American soldiers who had been kidnapped. The alleged results were inconclusive. No one knows if the story is true, but I doubt it.  |

Some people do call this a conspiracy theory, but the fact is.... Its true! the Documentation is on the internet released under the "Freedom of Information Act". Although the information is limited to the exact nature of these so called "Experiments" the fact is they have gone well beyond the experimental stage and have been using Psychic operatives since the cold war.  |
