I've been sort of a semi-lucid dreamer, in the sense that when I'm in a dream, while I am not fully aware that I am dreaming, I am aware that I can do things in there that I cannot do in real life. Recently my dreams have taken a turn where I've actually encountered spirits, spoken to them or rather inched away from them because I do not know how to deal with it. I do not know if this is real, or is it just dreams. I just want to know if my contacts with the spirits in the dream world are real or not and if so, how can I handle it because I have no one in my family to talk to about it.
