Identity Theft of my Two year Old? Or an Opps? ~~~ Donuts

             I think maybe my sons Identity may have been stolen if not then there was a mistake some where.

             But even if it was a mistake I feel that I should look into this.

         About two months ago the lady at the wic office called and asked about my sons address and if I could bring in

his vaccination records. She told me she had another boy with his same name and birth date on their files. Diffrent Address.

well. We got off wic and so I never went to the appointment and thought nothing of it.  

Yesterday, I took ally too the doctor and they had printed out his vaccination record. I took a look at it... same name, birthdate correct and then

diffrent address.

        Asked the doctor and the nurse about it.   They were puzzled as well. We came to the conclusion that maybe someone messed up somewhere.  The nurse checked something out on her electronic board thing. And they had two of my sons name on there.  The vaccinations were his everything was correct except the address. Then I rememberd what the wic office said and I couldnt stop thinking about it.

             I went home and checked out the address on the vaccination record out and it is a real town and the address does exist.

So What gives... we have a unique last name... the kind that if you meet one with the name then you have met a relative.  And our boy has two middle names.  Not a lot of people go around giving their sons two middle names.   Of the same combo.

So now I dont know how i should go look into this... or who to call to just look into it?

Need to know if it was a mistake or something more.  

I highly doubt there are two allys running out there with the same name and birthdate considering this is a rural state.
