Did you miss me? ~FieryMomOf2~

Hey gang I'm back! And I bet no one even noticed I was gone teehee! I got very busy at work (heck we still are really) and with Christmas and New Year's holidays, I didn't have much time to breathe, let alone do anything else.

Christmas was great, the boys got a PS3 from me and Bruce, and I got a Wii! Have to wait till we get the new house set up and moved in before we can hook up the Wii tho, there just isn't any room here to do it. Bruce got a new laptop, and I've got him playing World of Warcraft now (look out world!).

Speaking of the house, boy has it been an ordeal! I've never seen so much paperwork in my life! Right now we're down to the wire, doing the final title/deed work to sign 2 acres of land over to me and Bruce so we can do the closing on the new house. That's all we're waiting on. That, and I have to get my taxes back so I can pay the guy to move this house out of the way. I had SUCH a brain fart. I always file my taxes by Turbo Tax online. I've done it that way for years. This year, I filed a little earlier, and I THOUGHT it said come back January 6th to file with the IRS. So Jan 6th rolls around, and I misread, it's Jan 15th! So now here I sit waiting another week to file my taxes. After I file and we close on the house, then I have to do an amendment to get the first-time homebuyer's credit back, and you can't e-file that, it has to be mailed in. And I have no clue how to do that, so hopefully Turbo Tax will walk me through doing it to the point where I have to print and mail it in.

Other than that life is rockin' along! I've missed you guys! Bruce has been keeping me up to date on what's been going on here, normally I read the site in between calls at work, but we have been slammed ever since the week before Christmas, so I haven't had a chance to pop in.

I promise to be more active from now on, at least popping in to leave comments!
