I don't have one, but a good friend of mine is a nutritionist/trainer. She said that there really is no huge difference using one of those. She told me when I was talking about one to just go to the local playground, hang upside down off the monkey bars and do situps that way. Definite results that way! |

i thought it would be hard on the back to..but i made some calles and they all say that if u use it like you should and dont over work yourself that it builds up your back muscles and is a good stretch..*shrugs* |

you could get either one the point is to use them religiously. also those will probably only tone you so make sure you add cardio in if you want to lose weight. |

I had to stop using mine because it was aggravating my bad back...I suppose if you don't have back problems it would be helpful because you can really feel it on the abs... |
