The Colbert Report landed in Iraq for a week of USO shows starting Monday night, and Stephen Colbert did not disappoint a house packed with America's armed forces.
Near the end of the show, Colbert brought out Four-Star General Ray Odierno, who took issue with the host's infamously gelled hair.
"Stephen, if you want to do this right, you're gonna have to get your hair cut," he said.
"But without my hair, what would I blow dry?"
And that's when President Barack Obama made a special appearance on the show. Obama: General I overheard your conversation about Stephen's hair.
Colbert: Wait a second, you overheard? Are your spy satellites really that good?
Obama: No, but my ears are really that big. Now, as a man who understand the appeal of a close crop, I say if Stephen Colbert wants to play soldier, it's time to cut that man's hair.
Colbert: Wait a second wait a second.
Odierno: Sir, is that an order?
Obama: General, as the Commander in Chief, I hereby order you to shave that man's head.
Odierno: Yes sir, Mr. President
How it changed my life:
It's pretty cool how the president and the general got into the skit

From Authorid: 62881That is an old segment...I saw the shows when they aired a couple of months ago.
I have been wondering how Obama has so much time on his hands to do TV. He has also been in a commercial with George Lopez advertising the new Late, Late show.

From Authorid: 47218Hey, Froggy- The show was done as a tribute to the troups in Iraq, and a lot of politicians- republicans and democrats- made appearances. I thought it was a very nice gesture by all of them.
