Well, you are quite a lady and doing what is right to lose weight.I support everything you are doing.I'll have to take some of those walks with ya.. I myself have had my ups and downs but 10-20 lbs is my winter puton weight but in the spring, I become more active and it drops. My issue all my life was putting ON Weight. I was 140 lbs and 6' 2" frame when I was still in high school. I now weigh around 200 lbs. and in decent shape. Great Posts, many people will gain knowledge and inspiration. Excellent.  |

So proud of you way to go! I struggle with weight so I know how hard it is to take off. I am sure you notice you have more energy now. I know I did when I lost 60 pounds. Since then I had my son so I am trying to take it off again.  |
