I usually pray for things that I (as a human being) can't accomplish by my self. Things like the well being of others, such as the members here on USM. For myself I only pray for guidence to the things that I need to learn and the understanding and wisdom that should follow once I have learned them. I tried praying for other things for myself but I always felt like I just ate two sandwiches while watching someone else have nothing. I already have more love, friendship, happiness and contentment than most of the people in the world will ever know. I found that many people think their world is as big as their mind is and all the things their mind can get them, but that isn't true for me. The more you crowed your life with stuff and junk the more you are distracted from the things that really matter. I found that your world is as big as your heart is and there is no limit to the number of things you can put in your heart and they are all free. -Rad.  |
