God took another angel
To watch us from above
The most beautiful angel ever
Who is so very loved
She was an inspiration
Someone to look up to
A Hero, Mother, Grandmother -
And Great to quite a few
She'd always have a lending hand
A shoulder to cry on
It saddens me to have to say
That now she's truly gone
Gone from a world where we can touch
A world where we can see
A world where she no longer hurts
In a place where she's now free
Free from all the pain
Free from all the sin
She's now a newborn angel
Whose life will now begin
I've been blessed with an Angel
Who meant the world to me
Forever in my heart
Is where she'll always be.
