The uppest most joint on my right middle finger occasionally gives me a twang of pain. Its the only way I can describe it, like a guitar string smacking that area, makes you go twitch a little, then the pain kinda fades away after a few seconds. Okay not completely, but a very very very slight throbbing can be detecte, and when I bend it too much and too often, after the twang, the pain somewhat returns though on a lesser scale, like a dull throb, then lessesn again. I know this occurs when even my finger is straight. My finger doesn't look inflamed or anything and this has been going on and off for a few years if I remember. It only occurs on that joint, on that finger.
