Congratulations! I am so happy for you. I worked for the Univesity of Texas for a good many years. They just asked basic questions, did a brief personality test, job history, personal references, business references. When I got to the hiring dept. I was interviewed by a panel, and they were more intense with their questions. I don't know if the La Trobe gets into that.  |

Just dress and act professionally. Keep calm and SMILE!! That's always a big thing. Wear minimal amounts of make up and try to speak to everyone you see, at least nod or aknowledge you were there. Employees have an influence that you cannot believe.  |

oh my goodness I am so happy for you!!! I know exactly how you feel! The hospital I interviewed with was THE one I wanted to work for, and I had to interview with a panel interview!! I was soooo nervous. I bught a $300.00 suit that I got on sale for $70.00!! Deal! And the interview was situational in that they gave situations, and I had to give what I would do in that case... I've heard more and more interviews are going that way. Lets them into how you think and handle different cases. I wish you all the luck!! I hope you get all that you desire  |
