darkness is a cover ...
you sweetly slumper there by her side
you so softly breathe ,you are unaware
as the wind stirs outside leafs dance on the trees
a visitor arrives uninvited ,who could it be?
a whisper ,so faint you barely hear me say
i told you i'd come to you in your dreams one night
just to play,you hear my laughter ,
and i call out your name
you turn around without a sound
,your eyes search for me
and i remain unseen ,
you whisper ,are you here
tonight darling, my love in my dreams ,
i laugh and then your eyes fall
to the ground beneath the tree,
i whisper im not real never was
i m just a dream,you come quickly and kneel at my side
and run your fingers across my lips
and then brush the tear from my cheek that fell from my eyes,
you never loved me
i whisper in a sobbing tone
you whispered my darling cant you see that is not so
