Where I live the only thing we have is a super Walmart which I don't life and my family doesn't either. As for the big Target, we aren't getting one of those. But if there had to be a Big Target competing with Walmart I would say Walmart would win. That's my opinion. |

My vote would be for Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is less expensive. I love Target, but the Targets here sell limited groceries and they are higher than Wal-Mart. |

We have a Target and a Walmart across the street from each other and Walmart is ALWAYS packed and Target is always empty. I tend to go to Target when I am in a hurry. But, they are more expensive. |

I personally believe that Wal-Mart will win. Just because usually their prices are lower. Sometimes they are not, but most people do not see things in terms of quality instead of cost.
At my house, we only have Walmart available, but there is a Super Target about twenty five minutes away, and we only have one. So for our area, Wal-Mart wins, hands down. |

Walmart will win until people get mad at the idiotic employee's and just the fact that it's walmart! Then they will start going to Target if it's still open and be much happier |

Also I think it depends on the type of people you have in your town. We have nothing but families on walfare in my town so of course walmart is over run. |

Wal Mart will win out..people think there princes are lower,on somthings they are,but for the most part it's not any cheaper then any other place. I had to do research for a college project-some information I came across said that out of 20 products Wal Mart was only cheaper on 2 items. |

Jimmy it also depends on the area you live in. the news did a story on thsi awhile back. the poor areas have really high prices while you go to the area's with people loaded with money and they have very cheap prices. |

Well I would say Target, because they have a better quality of merchandise. The biggest reason is that I have never been in a Target that ALL their registers were not open and the clerks were polite and very attentive. When I go in Wal-Mart,there's hardly two registers open and the clerks talk, talk and don't pay attention to anything! |

P.S. The last time I went, the lady at the register had to give me her favorite recipe for fudge made with buttermilk,I said, I don't eat fudge, she just kept telling me, I wasn't writing it down and she just kept giving it to me. Her nails looked like she had dug in dirt before she came to work. I think Target would have better clerks. |
