Depends on the mood, but I know what you are saying about the Thai dish. I love a certain Thai dish I had that had rice noodles, sea food, and a certain brown, thick sauce. It was great. As for sea food, I like scallops. I could eat a bucket of them when done right. But sometimes I'm in the mood for some pasta with cheese, and other times for a good cheeseburger hoagie. Then there are times when I have a hankering for some pancakes and/or eggs and bacon. Really depends on the mood.  |

GypsyHawk, my mom makes THE BEST oven baked Mac and Cheese. Uses Cracker Barrel Vermont White Cheedar /droooool heh cuts into little cubes and uses Elbow mac. OMG I'm getting hungry heh |
