have you tried gravol(not too positive if it's safe to use when pregnant) ginger teas help, if you hit a pregnancy/baby store there is a thing called preggo pops what help with morning(though i tend to call it mourning) sickness, you can try ginger ale, there is also something called "sea bands" you can buy at any drugstore what i've met many woman who RAVE about them |

i heard through the grapevine that pften morning sickness is a vitamin B defeciency so i would take vitamin B supplements daily and it got rid of my morning sicknes...never threw up. maue sure whatever you buy has vitamin C in it too cause that helps with absorption. |

oh also when i'm dealing with an upset tummy in general.. i often have carrots, carrots do help(though i cook them instead of having them raw so they are soft) |

I hope you are keeping your fluids up hun otherwise you will get dehydrated with all that vomiting ....I never suffered with morning sickness like that though...*hugs* |

If you can't keep ANYTHING down...or just little amounts of liquid talk to your OB...they can prescribe stuff for you to help out. (I know some women don't like the idea...but sometimes it's all that helps) only other thing that helped me was taking a hot shower and laying down so the water was hitting my stomach...wierd I know but it worked.... |

Also eating something high in protein before bed seemed to help for a little while as well...eating small but more frequent meals.. |
