About changing your appearance...read my post about my bad haircut!! Think about that one first-don't do what i did! Stick to buying new make-up or clothes or something. Shopping makes me feel better. Have lunch or dinner with a friend, or go dancing! You are right, baths do wonders, especially with some peppermint foot scrub...it rocks!
