dots, and more dots

hey everyone, i wasnt sure where to put this, but anyway, ever since i can remember even as a little kid, i could see all these black dots in the sky, its really strange cause nobody ele's i know can see the same thing i do, just the other day i was looking at these dots and was thinking, what are you? how come nobody ele's can see you?, and i tried to look past the dots, you know how ya can do that right?, but anyway as i tried i saw all around me and everywhere little sparkles of bright yellow light, kinda resembles being short of breath. thanks for your time and i hope someone can tell me what these black dots are, by the way its only at day time when i see the black dots.
