Truly Creepy

Sometime back, I posted a story on here about how my husband and myself have seen out of the corner of our eye a small, darting figure in the house and how this figure actually ran past my legs on two different occasions in two separate parts of the house. It had been a pretty long time since either of us had seen anything or experienced anything, but tonight something truly creepy happened. I got home from work at about 5:45 pm. It was dark outside and raining. I came in the house and my cats immediately wanted to be fed, so I went into the pantry in the dining room to get out their new bag of food. When I came back out into the den on my way to the kitchen, i noticed my cat Priscilla acting as though she was watching something. She was looking intently toward the door that goes into the hall and our bedroom. I followed her to the hall as she crept cautiously into the bedroom, and I quickly reached my hand in and turned on the light. Nothing. Priscilla acted as though something was under our bed, which scaired me because the bed is high enough off the floor for somebody to hide under. I was afraid to look under it, so I went and got Nigel, my other cat and brought him in the room and stuck his head under the bed. He didn't seem upset, so I knelt down and pulled up the dust ruffle and looked. Again, nothing was under there and I did not sense anything unusual in the room. Priscilla went on back about her business after that as if nothing happened. She definitely saw or heard something, though and it has me sort of creeped out tonight.
