Get Well Whitedove

Dear little Whitedove....so many lives you’ve touched;

Sweet, gentle spirit....we love you oh so much.

You’re such an inspiration to everybody here;

There’s never been a troubled soul you have not failed to cheer.

You’ve always had encouragement for people in dispair,

And those who needed help from God have counted on your prayerl

Your spirit is so peaceful, so calm and so serene....

Like oil on troubled waters when you step onto the scene.

You’ve always had a loving word for every soul in need;

You’ve helped to show the love of God in every word and deed.

You’re such a loving daughter, sister, mother, friend and wife;

Your sweet concern for others first comes shining through your lifel

The boards at USM have seemed so empty with you gone...

We know that you’ve been fighting a hard battle of your own.

We hope that you can feel the prayers we’re sending up for you!

Your courage and your faith in God will surely see you through!!

Our skies are grey without you and the sunshine that you bring,

And we will be so happy when you sign back on again!!!

I hope this little poem brings a smile and much good cheer,

So, get well soon, and don’t forget we really need you here!

Don’t forget that all of us still think you hung the moon....
