feeling like a rock.

hey friends,

a few nights ago i had what maybe could of been a obe, it could either be a obe or maybe a false awakeing <induced by a lucid dream>, i remember not being able to get up or even move my body, astral catalpsy or something i think its called, anyhow i tryed and tryed to move my body, but then i thought about that i might be in astral catalpsy, then i tryed willing my astral spirit to move out of my body, away swinging one leg out of the body i rose and stood, but the werid thing was i wieghed like a tone, i could barely stand up then i blacked out,

i would like any feedback anyone has about this experience, it just may help me.
