Mr. and Mrs. Mellon were proud to say that they were perfectly normal. They were the last people you would expect to be involved with anything strange, weird, or ominous. Max Mellon. A kind, generous, loving man. Worked an average paying job as a middle school teacher. Then there was Marsha Mellon. The wife of Max, stayed at home, cleaned, gardened, and awaited the arrival of her husband. Their normality would all change the day thier first and only son was born.

Walter let go of his mothers leg and stomped up the steps. "Don't give me that or you're not getting desert! I made your favorite too!" Walter turned around, huffed, and turned back.

Marsha turned back to the man in the door way. "How may I help you? Did Walter break something? Don't worry, I'll pay for what ever it was. WALTER! GET MY CHECK BOOK!" "No ma'am. Let me first introduce myself. My name is Pete Zahut and I come from Mumbo Jumbo and -" "Mumbo Jumbo?" Marsha said laughing. "What is this a joke?" "This is anything but a joke. Please let me finish." Pete said firmly. "Okay, but hurry up, I got bills to pay, apologies to give, and punishments to assign to a certain boy."

"Well Mrs. Mellon... your son Walter... he's a..."
