The egg came first, the two parents of the first chicken were close to the chicken but not quite chickens (by defintion). So.. eggs in the morning and chicken for the rest of the day. |

what if you're at Denny's where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner at any time? Or what if you wake up at noon? |

Crash! I was just waiting for some smart alec to crash my epiphany. Waaaaaaaaa.....I'm beginning to suffer a breakdown, right now. It's as if my fragile, egg shell mind is cracking open and all the yolk (my brains) are oozing out. I guess you can call me Humpty Dumpty. I'm on the way to the hospital right now. |

PS: Did you know that chickens are the descendents of dinosaurs. Maybe if we do research back far enough to the point of where the first proto-chicken slithered out of the primordial ooze....we will finally know the ultimate answer. |

OK, God made Adam and Eve, not necessarily in that order and thus they had babies so according to that we could say God made chickens and roosters, they did the tango and voila! we got an egg, right? |

If one goes according to Creationism, I suppose, yes, the chicken (rooster & hen) came before all that egg laying and fertilizing stuff. That would goe for humans and all of creation. But I'm not buying. I still say the first egg originated in the primal seas. |
