I wrote this for my English 3 class. My inspiration was my wonderful boyfriend. Tell me what you think.

Can we be together?

Deep with in my aching heart,
somehow I know we'll never part.

But sometimes dreams are shattered,
and I know that shouldn't matter.

Often images erase the pain,
and makes me wonder about our flame.

Is the true and can it be?
Together forever, you and me?

If our love ever ends,
then when will life ever begin?

Your the one thats shown me love,
made my dreams rise above.

I never thought I could be loved like this,
It feels just like my very first kiss.

I know our love is completely true,
I can tell it when I look at you.

Now I ask you, if I can,
can we be together? Can you be my man?
