no.. it gets charged to their phone bill.. not urs.. don't worry about that.. 10-10-987 is just something they can use to call for a cheaper rate... but its not a collect call, and has nothing to do with your phone bill.  |

i have never heard of that... if something is charged to your bill it's called a "collect call".... may i suggest going down to your local corner store and picking up a prepaid calling card you can get some insanely good rates(like 1-2 cents a minute)  |
