Hi, I am an adopted child. I was adopted in 6/79. I recently found my birth family and my sister!! I am happy don't get me wrong. I did also find out that my mother died when I was only 6 years old. She was just about to turn 30. My mom had a really hard life, and I think aside from the physical reasons she died I think she died of lonliness and with a broken heart. She gave up my sister right at the time of her birth. She did however attempt to keep me. She lost me because of neglect according to the papers. I was then adopted by a couple from the city.
