OMG, i was right where you are not that long ago. i was laid off of my job, they diagnosed my son with tourette syndrom, my car broke down, i was flunking out of college, my sons father (who was my main financial support) got himself arrested and stuck me with no money and sole responsibility for our son who doesn't sleep at all until 3:30 am and has hyperactivity and behavioral problems, then my own father forgot my birthday. and it always feels like there is nobody to talk to. it seems like when things go bad, it all happens at once. trust me, i know how you feel. but it will pass. i promise. and if you ever need to talk, i am here (and USM is a great place to vent and get support. they always make me feel better here.) happy early birthday and i hope things get better for you.  |

i know i'm semi in the same boat... work was going great then i look at the schedule.. i have 1 single 4hr shift... then none!! they are calling it "restructuring" leaving me with no hours.. we have JUST bought a condo and are paying a mortgage and i'm getting no hours and work in this town is horrid... managers in the service sector treat their workers like crap!  |
