I used to be quite the blimp, if I say so myself. About 170 pounds at the most. I went on a diet, lost 30 pounds, and am still slightly pudgy. The problem? I'm having trouble losing the last fifteen pounds. I work out religiously, I don't eat much, hardly drink soda, drink lots of water, and I'm still not losing weight. I'm sick of looking like the Goodyear blimp while everybody else is running around with nice figures. I feel like the only one in the world with a curvy body whereas everybody else seems to have "stick" figures. I feel so fat. Heart trouble and diabetes run in our family and I don't want to get either of those diseases, nor do I want to be a size 12 all my life. I look like a pig. Can someone help me?
