The Great Canadian Identity Crisis. -Underground

So, I'm a Canuck. And, for some reason, I occasionally feel the need to know exactly what the world thinks of Canada and Canadians. I will search high and low for sites that include Canada in some sort of discussion, and, once I've read everything, I will somehow feel enlightened. I have no idea why this is. Sure, I like this place. But, on most days, I couldn't care less of whether or not anyone else does. In some of those sites, I read that this is common Canuck behavior! This is starting to crack me up.

Are there any other Canadians out there who have felt the effects of the GCIC? And, if you live somewhere else, do you ever feel the need to ask tourists what they think of your country?

Maybe together, we can find a cure :p
