So many nights that ive prayed to you
But yet im ignored, but hey, whats new

For I cant take, the pain my heart endures
Release me from the pain and struggles that I face

Like now I cry, and still the tears drip like blood
Why have you forsaken me, what have I done
What have I done to desereve all this shame
Why am I the one, that you seem to wanna blame
Ive been told by others im an angel in disguise
So god if thats true, take my mask, no more lies
Let it be known, to me, and to everyone I know
That I am an angel, and now it is my time to go
I will be waiting, with each night that I sleep
That one day soon, I am yours forever to keep
I will keep praying, and wishing upon the star
