George Orwell: Visionary??????

Do you see a point anywhere in the future where people in every country of the world overthrows the present government of our time and, in its place, establish a government similar to Joseph Stalin's??? You know, like in "Nineteen-Eighty-Four" and "Animal Farm"; both of which were written in the 1940's by a man named George Orwell. Both stories have similar plots; the settings exist under a Stalin-like government. The highest classes live in the greatest wealth and lie to the idiotic masses using figures that state that life is gradually getting better even though we readers know that it's actually getting worse. And to make it worse, a much feared (and yet quite imaginary) enemy is used to promote patriotism which is the reason of making innocent people sign false confessions and then brutally executing them. Which brings me back to my original question: Do you think something like this will ever happen????
