DEAD BODY IN WIZARD OF OZ??

  Author:  55023  Category:(Discussion) Created:(6/17/2002 8:00:00 PM)

I have heard from many people that a man committed suicide during the filming of The Wizard of Oz because they said he was too big to be a munchkin. Some people said that he hung himself on set and you can see it in the original movie. Anyone hear about this before? I also heard that Aladin whispered "Take your clothes off" to Jasmine in the popular Disney movie, and I heard that when Simba kicks up dust in The Lion King, it spells out something suggestive. Anyone have anything to say? Please do!

Date: 6/17/2002 8:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 36994    i heard about the wizard of oz hangin one, but not of the others, something about when you pause the movie right where the window of the house shows you can see it, but i read something about that, which i think wasnt true, i dont remember the URL to it..but if i do ill get back to you on that! good evening!

Date: 6/17/2002 8:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 52866    No you have got it all wrong. There was a munchkin who hanged himself because he was in love with another munchkin but she didn't love him back. And you cannot - repeat - cannot see the munchkin hanging in the movie. What was believed to be the munchkin is actually a big bird, a heron I believe. Okay? Okay. - Luv Bug
Date: 6/17/2002 8:07:00 PM  From Authorid: 6817    Ya it was one of the munchkins....in the original you can see it....the original movie is worth alot too....you can't see him in today's movies though cuz they cuz that part out....

Date: 6/17/2002 8:09:00 PM  From Authorid: 33922    Don't know about the Wizard of Oz one but the rest are true...I heard it on Aladdin, and saw it on Lion King. There are many many more in other disney movies. Some friends and I used to make a game of hunting and Finding these "Sneak in's" in Disney Movies. I could describe more but there are alot of Dirty ones in Various movies Like Little Mermaid. Every Disney hasd at least one "Sneak In"
Date: 6/17/2002 8:09:00 PM  From Authorid: 53256    HMM...I have the original. With the silver case, and I think I believe it had a little booklet type cover. Is the orginal Wizard of Oz a Silver case? Red Star
Date: 6/17/2002 8:11:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 55023    not sure, red star. if anyone knows anymore of those disney movie sneak ins, it would be cool if you could post them! thanks everyone for replying!!
Date: 6/17/2002 8:15:00 PM  From Authorid: 14135    yah i have seen them all, and also in the movie 3 men and a baby, there is a ghost standing in the window that has nothing at all to do with the movie
Date: 6/17/2002 8:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 6358    The Disney ones are true, I've heard and seen the clips myself........as for the Wizard of Oz, I hadn't heard of that one before so I'm not sure.
Date: 6/17/2002 8:20:00 PM  From Authorid: 609    Heard the Dinsney ones, not the Oz one, Id be intrested in knowing more on that one! The 3 men and a baby its not a ghost...it was a movie cut out that was in the wrong location.
Date: 6/17/2002 8:24:00 PM  From Authorid: 38989    the take your clothes off is true, me and my freinds were lookin for it, and we found it, and started crackin up, i dunno bout the other ones tho
Date: 6/17/2002 8:24:00 PM  From Authorid: 49459    I have heard of all of them. I think they say that the Wizard of Oz one is supposed to really be some sort of bird. I don't see how one can confuse a person with a bird, but whatever. I've never seen it myself.
Date: 6/17/2002 8:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I don't know about the others but the Wizard of Oz one is an urban legand.
Date: 6/17/2002 8:28:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 55023    thanks to everyone who has replied, read my latest post, "ANSWERS TO THE DEAD BODY IN WIZARD OF OZ" to read my findings!
Date: 6/17/2002 8:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 33922    Another thing.in most disney movies, there are words said not to be cuss words, but, they are said as cusswords, you have to listen close, I havnt found a movie yet where they wearnt used. I personaly think that this is a Horrible thing to put into the minds and eyes of Children...I would..I have 4...lol
Date: 6/17/2002 10:00:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    i THINK they are covering something up.. becuase of all the different places where i go they all say something different(all viable places) for EXAMPLE "At the beginning of the "We're off to see the wizard" sequence, there is a disturbance in the trees off to the right. This was rumored to be one of the crew hanging himself, but is in fact an animal handler recapturing an escaped animal."
IMDB(internet Movie Data Base)

Date: 8/27/2002 7:32:00 PM  From Authorid: 49989    aladdin doesnt ask jasmine to take off her clothes the legend is he says "good teenagers take off those clothes" but he actually says "good kitty get off and go"
