Life starts with a breath of something new
Everything kind of reminded me of you
I stood on the ground, staring at the grass
Watching and thinking as the days just pass
I took in a breath of fresh air
Only to keep thinking you were there
I looked up in the sky at moon
Thinking we would be together soon
Sometimes life can be unfair
I never got the chance to tell you how much I care
As the sun began to rise
I started to open my eyes
I looked to my right
But you were nowhere in sight
How I miss the days when you were here
But those days only turned into years
But life has giving me so much
It gave me the chance to feel your touch
The times I’ve spent with you I will remember always
Now I just sit here reminiscing of those days
