I was at work one afternoon and the store was in a strip center. There was a grocery store just two spaces down and, of course, they had a lot of traffic. It was a very, very windy day and for some reason, I was standing there and looking out the window. That's when I saw a lady walking across the parking lot to her car when the wind suddenly blew her dress up over her head!! LMAO! She got out of there pretty fast! LOL..
