good effort. i think steve martin said it best in the movie, "LA Story," when he said, "a kiss may not be the truth, but it is what we wish were true." as far as the poem goes, you may want to try using some line breaks. i understand the situation of the moment is frantic, and yu do well to capture that with this structure, but there are moments when you do need to catch your breath (reading, reciting) and line breaks and shorter lines can perform that for you. keep writing, good job. minnow  |
