Don't Scream, "Fire!," in a Crowded Theatre But.....

I went to see a movie once and it was so long that I was having a nicotine fit. Although, I was interested in the movie, I just had to have a smoke so I stepped out into the lobby but only far enough as to get to the nearest ashtray. I wanted to try to hear what I was missing inside. I smoked like a maniac and as I was attempting to put it out in the ashtray, a spark somehow ended up in the trash can and set everything in it on fire! I'm sure you'll get a laugh when I tell you that when my frantic efforts to extinguish the growing little blaze failed, I was forced to resort to the extreme measure of tilting the can over a bit and stepping in it. I can't believe that nobody saw me or knew that it had happened but I guess I just got lucky. It's not like I did anything wrong. I mean, it could have happened to anyone and there WAS an ashtray there. It was just one of those freak accidents. LOL..

How it changed my life:

To be honest, it really didn't.
