Well last year in September I went on an all out search for a diet that I thought I could stick with. I read about just about every kind of diet, but one day I went to Banner's site to check out some pics and decided to read about her diet success and look at her pics. I messaged her and ask her all about it. She gave me lots of advice and info and referred me to a web site for more info and support. Well since Oct 3rd I have been on the Atkin's Diet. I absolutely love it!!!! It has totally became a way of life for me and I have lost almost 70 lbs. since then. I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH BANNER for taking the time to help me and answer all of my many, many, MANY questions! I can never express how greatful I am. I'm healthier and happier because of this diet and I just wanted to let you know that I will always be endebted to you! Thank you Banner!
I know I have been gone for quite a while...I was in Texas for a little over 2 weeks and I really try not to set at the computer too much these days. But I do miss all of you guys...
