The important things in life,many fail to see
Like the rivers,mountains,birds,and bluest sea
The laughter of a child playing with it's friends
Thinking to yourself,gee,I wish it's energy would end
The sweetest gift GOD gave us,is the gift of love
As He watches from His kingdom in the Heavens far above
Having goals that we often mistake
But sooner or later,they do take place
He sets the paths before us,we often question why
We miss great accomplishments,we simply pass them by
But along with love,the Gift God gave to me
Is the faith I have in HIM<for His love is plain to see
I see it in the mountains,the words I type on white
Why GOD gave me the ability that i might write
The words,no they aren't mine,for you see
